I will beat the devil out of Kwaku Bonsam – Kumchacha
The founder and leader of Heaven’s Gate Ministry International, Nicholas Osei also known as ‘Kumchacha’ has threatened to beat renowned traditional priest, Kwaku Bonsam to pulp and convert him to Christianity.
He said he would take this action as part of measures to convert the internationally acclaimed traditional priest to Christianity after several years of preaching against idol worship.
“…I have preached against idol worship for several years and he is not heading to calls to repent, so I would have beaten him for him to repent there and then when we met at Adom Fm….,” he said on Accra-based Okay FM.
The two nearly fought each other when they met for the first time in the studio of Adom 106.3 FM after the prophet cited several quotations from the Bible which sought to condemn the priest and traditional religion as a whole.
Adom FM’s Drive Time Host, Jerry Justice and several producers at the studio had to quickly step in and separate the two angry men.
Days later, the man of God who claimed he was notoriously known for his fighting skills in his hometown of Akim Apedwa prior to his conversion to become a Man of God said he still does not regret engaging Kwaku Bonsam in a near-fight during a live studio interview.
“Kwaku Bonsam lacks power, he doesn’t even have the power to kill even a mosquito, I always have persons praying for me and Christ is my shield as well, so I believe no evil spirit can fight me as well…,” he said.
According to Kumchacha, although he has not been engaging in body-building activities, he still has the required strength to beat up the traditional priest.
However, Kwaku Bonsam reacting to Kumchacha’s claims said he was not interested in engaging Kumchacha in an ‘unprofitable’ argument.
“I have never heard it anywhere that Duncan Williams, Agyin Asare or Otabil is condemning me because of what I do…he should read 2 Timothy 2:23 and that is my response to him…,” he reacted.
“Don’t have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels,” the quotation reads.
