The Reggae Chefs first delivered Jamaica to your doorsteps, now they are taking you on a Journey tasting the world in search of their Jamaican roots. New York, NY, June 20, 2016 What do you get when you pair an innovative business concept with an equally innovative cultural project? You get to experience world cultures in ways that just might leave you jet-lagged without stepping foot on an airplane. The Reggae Chefs® (New York City based) provides its clients a personalized all-inclusive experience by pairing Jamaican food with cultural activities and/or entertainment. Now three (3) years later they have added ScatteredJamaica™ and the ScatteredJamaica-Passport Dinner Series™ to their list of services. ScatteredJamaica™ is an ambitious project by The Reggae Chefs® to travel to as many destinations as possible seeking culinary and cultural similarities between Jamaica and the world. Once they’re home, the stories of adventure, surprises and food, play out in their Passport Dinner Series. On Saturday July 16th, 2016 join The Reggae Chefs on their upcoming ScatteredJamaica™ flight, DESTINATION: GHANA. Set outdoors in the heart of the Caribbean community on Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. Patrons will celebrate the community contributions of our honorees; Mr. Kofi Ayim, Ms. Ama Bisi Balleh Nimley and Dr. Clive Williams whilst enjoying the company of distinguished speakers, learning about both cultures and of course tasting from delectable cuisine stations. Live entertainment; drummers, dancers, Ghanaian and Jamaican singers as well as music will complete the ambiance.
